So this is a blog

I am starting this blog to track my Whole30 progress, but we’ll see where it goes after that! Hopefully it’ll be a good spot for food stuff, random thoughts, music recommendations and film reviews. You know, whatever pops into my head.

So for starters:

Getting Whole30 ready!

1st meal for my freezer: lemon garlic chicken with green beans and baby red potatoes.

    1. Thanks! It’s a “lifestyle change, not a diet” where you do a 30 day reset and cut out all dairy, added sugar, grains, legumes, and any unpronounceable fake foods. There’s a book called It Starts With Food that outlines the whole thing and explains the science in an easy to read format.

      1. Cool – I’m all for eating non processed foods and just starting out learning to cook! I’ve always been about convenience but it really isn’t healthy! And the best thing is that the more I’m learning, the more I’m finding that it’s just as convenient to cook things from scratch – looking forward to following your journey
